GRAD TOPPERS SHIPPING & RETURNS

All packages are sent via UPS & Via USPS

Make sure your address is correct, once packing is sent its out of my hands if address was put in wrong 

Shipping process and time depends on my wait time please check out description on my items to see what my wait time currently is.

Paper flowers are packed with bubble wrap, packing paper, and are packed very secure for safe and easy transit

I do not accept returns or exchanges all paper flowers are final, paper flowers do not have a refund option since all flowers are custom made for each client

 

Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via UPS and USPS.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or any issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Processing and shipping times vary depending on current order volume. Please refer to each product description for the most accurate turnaround time.

Items such as cups, shirts, grad toppers, and graduation leis are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.

Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final due to the custom and handmade nature of our products. Each item is made to order and personalized for each customer, and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This applies to all items in the store.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

CRAFTY EFFECTS DESIGNS is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once its accepted at ups, Please contact Ups if something happens to your package, i will try my best to help you

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once it is in hands of the shipping carrier. Please make sure to double check your address and email before placing an order. If an item is lost or stolen please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.

Wholesale shipping orders depend on the amount - Turn around time is usually 2-3 weaks.

is not responsible. Once the items has been dropped off the recipient is responsible to keep track of the package. Tracking information is sent via email provided, sent through PIRATE SHIP. Once the packaed is marked delivered and recipient claims he or she has not received they must go to the usps and ask them where the item is. We are not resposible for any displacement of items once shipped off, stolen, lost. USPS is responsible. During holidays their may be delays. Please be patient.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We are not responsible for damage packages please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.

We'll be more than happy to Cancel your order with a 25% Cancelation FEE.
