Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Crafty Effects Designs does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Many of our products are handmade, customized, or made to order. Because of the unique nature of these items, all sales are considered final.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist you.

Approved Returns & Restocking Fee

In the rare event that Crafty Effects Designs agrees to accept a return, the following conditions will apply:

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Used, worn, altered, damaged, or improperly packaged items will not be accepted for return.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

The 10% restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, processing, repackaging, and preparing handmade or customized merchandise for resale.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Important Shipping Notice

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided with your order. Crafty Effects Designs is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

If you pay through ZELLE please make sure the shipping information associated with your order is accurate before completing your purchase.
