At Crafty Effects Designs, every item is thoughtfully handmade to order with great care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom and personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We kindly ask that you carefully review all order details before completing your purchase, including:

• Spelling of names, phrases, or custom text

• Selected colors, sizes, and design choices

• Event dates and turnaround time requirements

Once an order is submitted, Crafty Effects Designs is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer, including spelling or design selections.

In the rare event that a mistake occurs on our part—such as incorrect personalization or a defective item—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will be happy to review the issue and work toward a prompt resolution.
