At Crafty Effects Designs, all cupcake toppers are made-to-order and fully customized to your vision. To ensure we create exactly what you want:

Discussing the details ahead of time ensures we’re both on the same page and allows me to bring your ideas to life with precision.
📏 Sizes:
Toppers vary by design, approximately 2 to 3 inches tall.
⏱️ Processing Time:
Custom orders require 3 to 4 business days of processing time before shipping. Please order in advance to allow for design, approval, and delivery.
🖼️ Design Proofs:
After your order is placed, you’ll receive a design preview for approval.
✅ Please keep your Etsy notifications ON — your order will NOT ship without your final approval.
🚫 As each item is made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
♻️ Revisions Policy:
You may request up to 2 changes per design. Additional revisions will incur a $10 fee per change. No exceptions.

Processing Time
All items at Crafty Effects Designs
are handmade and made to order
Standard processing time is 3–4 business days for most items.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your order.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Crafty Effects Designs is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by USPS or UPS.
Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
We are happy to assist with filing a claim if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit.
