This listing is for space reservation only and does not include the grad topper.
Once payment is completed, the space will be reserved.
The deposit paid will be applied toward the total balance of the grad topper order.
At checkout, the required date for the grad topper must be included in the “Order special instructions” box.
After payment is completed, a reference (inspo) photo and/or detailed instructions of how the grad topper is desired may be sent to

in order to create a design that aligns with the requested idea.
Once the grad topper is completed, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the order is shipped.
⚠️ All deposits are non-refundable. Once the deposit has been paid, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

Processing Time
All items at Crafty Effects Designs
are handmade and made to order
Standard processing time is 3–4 business days for most items.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your order.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Crafty Effects Designs is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by USPS or UPS.
Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
We are happy to assist with filing a claim if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit.
